Pool Shop Admin / Assistant Manager / Manager
About us We are a local pool shop based in Bibra Lake. We have a loyal customer base who regularly come to us in for pool water testing, new equipment sales & service. Customers enjoy coming into our shop to receive friendly reliable service and advice.
Tasks & responsibilities Managing the daily operational procedures for the pool shop including customer sales and purchase orders. Assisting customers with their in-store and over phone pool enquiries Complete water tests on pool and spa samples, provide customers with advice on how to maintain a healthy pool Advice customers on selection of correct pool equipment Corresponding with staff and customers to co-ordinate onsite service schedules Managing inventory Working autonomously & together with other team members to maintain a well-organized shop Qualifications & experience Experience in the pool industry preferred although we would consider training a suitable applicant Must be very well organized Must be able to work productively as part of a team and also autonomously Must be proficient & thorough with admin tasks Must have a friendly persona & willingness to get to know & help our customers Must have a high level of computer literacy Must be able to multi-task while prioritizing work by order of importance.
