Accounts Admin Assistant

Seeking an experienced individual to provide administrative support to our Finance Team, MYOB experience would be beneficial but not essential. Typical duties include: - Interacting with our own and clients online portals to monitor and manage workflows - Corresponding with trade personnel to confirm job status - Invoicing - Filing - Payroll - Reporting - Account Reconciliation - Apprentice sign-ups and claims - Reception Duties.
