Currently they are seeking a Strata Manager based in their Melbourne - Docklands office, this is an opportunity to work in a great environment with fantastic support, systems and structures. The Person: Minimum of 3 years Strata Management experience Hold a Strata Management certificate of registration or licence Sound knowledge and the ability to answer general technical/strata management questions or ability to interpret the Strata Legislation High level of business acumen, results driven and goal-focused A passionate people person, as will be faced with a variety of clientele from small to medium schemes and BMC's Naturally intuitive, have good decision-making ability and a creative problem solver A quick thinker, good negotiator and have a high sense of urgency Experience managing a variety of buildings Have an eye for detail and know how to work and think outside of the box Working knowledge of the relevant regulatory environment and experience in compliance management including fire, lifts and safety reports Be willing to contribute to a progressive company Comfortable and competent in working with IT systems to support our digital mindset We like to laugh - sense of humour is a MUST What’s on offer: Our client understands that their employees are at the core of our success.
