About the role The role of Project Manager at Oliver Grace is an incredibly important one. Responsible for overseeing, managing and owning projects internally from inception through execution and delivery.

The Project Manager is in charge of day to day management of the process, people, workflow and scope associated with projects all whilst ensuring the most important thing - that our customers are happy and informed. This role is about building strong relationships with our customers and moving things forward. About you You have worked within a marketing, design or advertising agency environment previously and have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

You genuinely care about customer-centricity and have rounded out strong frameworks and project management skills and you are as passionate about the process as you are about being part of delivering a finished product. You are detail oriented and extremely organised, you are experienced crafting clear and concise statements of work and working collaboratively to establish clear deliverables and flag potential areas of risk. You are a confident communicator, a people person and sharer of insights.

You can navigate a room full of stakeholders, keep the peace and not take yourself too seriously. You have a solid understanding of digital including website, product and email development and understand feasibility within projects. Responsibilities; Support the studio in always delivering impeccable customer experience Ensure seamless communications and project delivery with the ability to think quickly, accurately and strategically when changes occur Work collaboratively with the team each day to ensure the path forward is clear, any blockers are solved, and the team stays on track for completion Manage external partners (where needed) overseeing costs, timing and all reviews and deliverables Clearly and consistently communicate the status of the project to client and internal team members with ease and frequently to ensure the entire team is in sync Maintain documentation and project management tools through the project lifecycle including schedules Keep track of time spent on jobs and deliverables Prepare for and run WIPs and stand ups where necessary Liaising with our Operations Manager to report on resource and budget management Anticipate any potential issues with the project through careful planning and proactive critical thinking.
