Clinical Supervisors (BCBA's) - Melbourne
Employer: Early Autism Services (EAS) Position: Clinical Supervisors (Board Certified Behaviour Analysts) Status: Full-Time Permanent Pay: $ 80,000-$100,000 AUD annually (depending on experience) plus relocation allowance (if applicable) Job Description Early Autism services is currently hiring for Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) positions . We are looking for motivated and driven behaviour analysts to grow with our organization whose clinical approach fits well with that of our own. Early Autism Services (EAS) is an established provider of home-based ABA therapy with ten years of experience implementing high quality programming.
We are currently looking for BCBA's to operate under the supervision of our Melbourne Clinical Director. A successful candidate is experienced but ready to learn while working closely with clinical administration. Duties and Responsibilities: Supervising and training non-certified staff Attending bi-weekly team meetings with family members and therapists Providing training and feedback to parents and therapists as needed Analyzing data taken by therapy teams and making treatment decisions Updating client goals and treatment plans in a manner consistent with both BACB and NDIS standards Compiling and delivering progress reports to the NDIS in order to secure/maintain funding for clients Taking part in initial assessments for new clients Providing some direct (1:1) service to young children with autism Other duties as required Requirements: An active BCBA certificate, CPR certification, and cleared Police and Working with Children Checks At least three years' experience in the field of psychology or developmental services Experience training and supervising treatment teams A skillset which includes creating client-specific programming, evaluating peer-reviewed research, and conducting assessments (such as the VB-MAPP or ABLLS) according to the principles of ABA.
Reliable transportation and a driver's license (frequent travel required) Familiarity and/or experience working with both the NDIS and families to maintain funding for interventions is an asset.
