Under direction of the Country Manager, oversee management of all finance operations of company, including Finance Business Operations, Human Resources, Customer Service and Logistics. To be a successful candidate, you should have an understanding of Accounting principles and proficiency with computers and software, such as MS Excel and have an affinity to learn internal XERO accounting software and corporate led Priority ERP. You should be trustworthy, efficient, and organized.
Ensure that all finance operations conform to annual business plan and budget, as approved by Country Manager and corporate office. Position Responsibilities: Has substantial input on the vision plan for strategic, long-term growth of the company. Work in concert with the Country Manager to communicate mission and objectives to all managers and employees.
Take leadership in attainment of their annual departmental objectives within budgetary guidelines. Use advanced analytical & finance skills to provide strong expertise to help shape financial aspects and pricing of business operation engagements (products, services, pricing, fees, and schedule, etc.) Develop and enhance existing operational and financial strategies Manage operational planning processes including monthly forecast, monthly KPI reviews, annual budget, quarterly forecast, and strategic plan for business operations Drive the quarterly / annual budgeting and planning process as well as long-range strategic planning Provide visibility into financial performance (both leading & lagging) to operations and finance management to drive accountability for results and provide the framework for empowerment Responsible for providing executive level analysis, financial guidance and executing judgment on items that may materially impact the financial performance of the business Actively participates with business plans and execution - leverages a deep understanding of the business to translate plans into clear growth-focused talent and engagement that have successful business outcomes Be sought after as a trusted advisor and strategic HR partner to employees and leaders at all levels Making sure the company follows taxation legislation and rules buy preparing following documents: Business Activity Statements Payroll Tax Returns Fringe Benefits Tax Required / Preferred Education and Experience 5 years demonstrated progressive responsible operational leadership roles, preferably in high-tech aesthetic medical products industry Demonstrated ability to lead a global team with experience in upgrading internal analytics, financial and operational processes Experience with capturing, analyzing, and proactively delivering financial data and insights that maximize strategic decision making Capable of clearly and concisely communicating the operational / financial performance and leading indicators of the company to all levels of the company Ability to work in fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
