Designation / Job title: ICT Business Analyst – 261111 Primary or Mandatory skills:- Experienced analyst familiar with leading the online digital requirements for large scale content management, marketing, and commerce platforms Knowledge in the leading online digital platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, ATG Commerce Capability to understand and synthesize cross-functional requirements across the ecosystem efficiently Deep understanding of telecom domain Good to have skills:- Ability to participate in potential client pitch and support solutioning in ANZ market Spearheading proof-of-concepts for innovative solutions that leads to reduced time to market for the customer. Exposure in digital marketing, content creation and communications to position leadership and market TechM services within ANZ. Detailed Job description:- 8 years of business analysis/ consultancy experience Minimum of 4 years of experience within Telecom industry Experience in leading the business requirements, solutioning and implementing appropriate project methodologies for content management platform, Adobe Experience Manager and other online domain platforms like Fatwire/ATG/Vlocity etc.
Proposing optimal business practices, features, functionalities as a continued process in order to achieve highest efficiency to run the online digital initiatives successfully Proficient in project methodologies and multiple agile frameworks at scale eg. Scrum, Kanban etc, build agile process methodologies and live those on a day-to-day basis Experience in using project management tools Confluence, Jira, Roadmunk, MIRO etc.) Experience in understanding data and metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe analytics, Tableau and ability to make data driven decisions.
Experience in creating functional and technical specification documents for the project Collaborate with business units / functions / domains across the organization to identify process improvement opportunities, develop these ideas into structured initiatives and support their delivery Own the functional requirements, act as a translator to foster collaboration between cross functional stakeholders, identifying the main business priorities, determining where digital teams can add the most value and then supporting execution by the business Provide oversight of the portfolio of initiatives eg prioritisation, resourcing/funding, benefit realization to clients Delivery tools and processes will require interaction with many parts of the organization across geographies, so stakeholder/client engagement, cultural understanding and strong communication skills are essential Take end to end ownership of delivering a variety of strategic projects for telecom clients in line with evolving priorities Investigate how the company's delivery processes is functioning, identify bottlenecks, create metrics, and benchmark reporting.
