About the role: You would be joining a high-growth property tech business, where you can make a significant impact in shaping the future strategic direction of the company. The Strategy and Corporate Development team is at the forefront of driving Domain Group's evolution, including through execution of both big-bet organic and inorganic growth opportunities. Day to day the role will also see you: Support the development of the overall long-term growth strategy for Domain Group, across the core business, consumer solutions, b2b SaaS solutions and data Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic investments (e.
g., M&A, JVs, partnerships), including target business and synergy assessment, valuation, structuring of commercial terms, management of due diligence (including external advisors), negotiation of key transaction documents, and integration planning Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to negotiate commercial terms on investments Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and other key stakeholders to deliver impactful change Have the opportunity to work on related growth strategy projects, and generally work closely with senior-level stakeholders across the business We would love you to have: 4-6 years M&A lead advisory experience from a boutique M&A advisory firm or Big 4 M&A team Additional experience in joint ventures, commercial partnerships and strategy is preferred, but not required Excellent problem solving skills, in a dynamic and fast-changing environment Strong analytical and modelling capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders Why you'll love us: We know that when people are happy they tend to work better and have greater work satisfaction.
