No two days are the same The Role The People Partner is a senior member of the team. Partners are accountable for the resolution of complex people matters, leading improvement and change projects and improving people manager capability through high level advice, support and coaching.
Some of the responsibilities will include: Managing people management needs of a designated portfolio and contributing to achievement of its business goals Providing high level and authoritative HR and IR advice, generalist support and coaching to people managers and team members across all facets of the employment lifecycle Supporting an organisation-wide transformation project, contributing to organisational change management and associated workforce planning, consultation, communications and implementation Effective end-to-end case management of HR and employee relations and wellbeing issues in conjunction with business units Supervision, coaching and mentoring HR team members to support their development and performance and progress towards achieving excellence in HR service delivery Analysis of workplace reporting to identify trends, issues and influence organisational/business unit responses and support data-driven decision-making Positively influencing workplace culture and employee engagement in client business units and own team. Role modelling organisational and team values, leading by example Draft/updating policies and procedures, reflecting an awareness and understanding of contemporary HR and IR practice About You To be successful in securing this opportunity, you will have the following: Demonstrated experience and results in designing and implementing HR initiatives and projects to drive organisational and team change, employee engagement, and diversity, access and inclusion. Experience of major organisational transformation projects will be highly regarded Demonstrated experience and proven track record of providing high level HR operations management and advisory services Strong working knowledge and understanding of industrial instruments, with the ability to interpret enterprise agreements, awards and relevant employment legislation Experience in leading and resolving complex and sensitive employee and industrial relations issues including grievances, investigations and workplace behaviour matters Demonstrated experience and results in coaching and training managers to improve their people management capability and confidence Proven capability in mentoring, supervising and developing team members to achieve excellent people and organisational outcomes Strong communication skills and high customer service focus with a proactive approach to problem-solving Reporting and analytical skills to monitor service standards and progress towards business objectives Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
