Talent Acquisition Specialist

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you are focused on looking at the long term needs of the organisation by market mapping and building talent pools in readiness for future recruitment. In addition you will be delivering high quality, tactical and forward thinking recruitment outcomes to your dedicated client groups of Great Southern Bank. Partnering with our People and Culture Managers, Advisors & our internal stakeholders to ensure resource, skill and talent needs are ahead of the rest.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience and you will also assist in the development and implementation of more strategic projects and solutions to continually refine and improve both our service offering and our customer and candidate experience. You are a key contributor to our HR team and can demonstrate influence across the broader business. A little about you…… Passionate about providing business support and being solutions focused Organised, love working at pace, managing multiple projects, processes and people Commercially-minded and always focused on delivering results Expert at delivering quality outcomes, innovative sourcing strategies and leveraging new technologies A technology guru and advocate who constantly looks for better ways to find our future talent Your experience Undergraduate qualification in a related business discipline and/or human resource management Demonstrated experience in both internal and agency recruitment Knowledge of assessment centres, recruitment and HR systems and practices, with experience in utilising psychometric tools Strong consulting, relationship management and influencing skills, with an excellent service orientation Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including an ability to write reports, summary documents and procedures Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills, demonstrated by managing multiple recruitment campaigns Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills A little bit about us… CUA has entered an ambitious and exciting growth phase and is now known as Great Southern Bank- Australia's largest customer owned bank.
