Restaurant Manager - Southbank: Southbank (Featured)

The position. An important leadership position within our Restaurant Operations team, you’ll be responsible for the daily management of the Southbank restaurant in Brisbane whilst leading & developing your team.

As a leader, you’ll be looked upon as a calming force when the heat’s on. On any given day you will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, managing food safety and food quality, managing inventory and restaurant financials as required. Crew culture is important to us, so we like to keep it simple.
