Large Automotive Company Great opportunity Contract Role We are seeking a customer experience specialist to lead a team overseeing and improving customer experience within dealership service departments. The successful candidate would ideally have worked for an automotive company's head office in a similar role and is passionate about improving customer experience. Roles such as a service manager or a comparable role with automotive experience are encouraged to apply.
About the Role: In this role you will be responsible for implementing and improving the customer experience initiatives within the dealership service departments. This is the lead role for implementing customer convenience projects including uptime vehicle management You will work with the customer experience team on piloting service initiatives and implement the learning's into improvements in customer experiences You will conduct Training sessions for the customer experience team and purchase service resources on new customer experience initiatives as necessary You will engage with the National Dealer Council, National Service Managers Association and National Parts Managers Association as required to align and improve the customer experience strategy You are required to establish measurable KPI's to measure the effectiveness of the customer experience strategies You will partner with relevant stakeholders (Dealer, Field, IMG) to improve performance and create a better a customer experience. About you: Bachelor degree in Marketing or Engineering You will have a minimum 8 years' experience in the automotive industry (Vehicle OEM) and a detailed knowledge of dealership operations especially the service department.
Ideally you will have four years' experience managing retail service activities You will bring your analytical thinking and have proven experience in effective organisational, planning and management skills. You have excellent problem-solving skills and are results driven. You have experience in project management to achieve outcomes.
