Identify and develop sources for new home loan clients Model the highest level of customer service and provide solutions to home loan customer needs Kippa-ring Branch The Role The Lending Manager is responsible for identifying and developing sources for new home loan and clients, whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service. This role is a key driver for Suncorp to Win in Home Lending and will role model the Suncorp behaviours for other Lenders within Suncorp. Key Responsibilities Model the highest level of customer services behaviours within your team and portfolio and provide appropriate solutions to meet home loan customer’s needs Take an active role in the development of capability and engagement of home lending within the branch team Contribute to developing a positive and proactive Safety and Wellbeing culture including meeting all safety and wellbeing compliance requirements Implement a business plan to achieve individual and team goals Ability to identify an acceptable level of lending risk in line with Suncorp’s risk appetite statement Ability to interact with customers in branch or via digital introduced methods.
Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in writing and assessing quality credit submissions Proven experience balancing the needs of the customer with the risk appetite Solid lending experience within banking Demonstrated experience in financial services A proven ability to build a network of referral sources Benefits Be part of a specialist region focussed on helping to build your career across digital banking, lending and leadership.
