20 th September start date High volume call centre environment & work from home 4 weeks full time paid training The Role We currently have multiple full time opportunities in our Sales & Service team based in Brisbane. As an AAMI Specialist, you will be taking inbound sales and service calls and speaking with potential and existing customers, providing information on AAMI’s products and identifying insurance policies to meet our customer’s needs. Key Responsibilities Receiving a high volume of calls regarding multiple insurance products you will Deliver exceptional customer service and provide recommendations on various insurance products that provides value for our customers Provide solutions to meet our customer’s needs and assist them in times of difficulty Achieve customer sales, service and retention targets Create value for customers through products and services under multiple brands across banking, wealth, life, personal and commercial insurance Skills & Experience To be successful you will need: A customer centric mindset and ability to go above and beyond To be passionate about customer service and be target driven Learning agility to develop your technical knowledge and professional skills Strong communication skills and be a team player Experience within Customer Service with demonstrated capability to truly connect with customers and find solutions Comfortable working in a high volume and structured call centre environment Hours We currently have the below shift option available.

Please note the starting window is the times at which your rostered shift could start, and you must be available for any shift allocated during this starting window. 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, starting window between 12pm – 2pm Requirements This role will require you to work from both the Brisbane CBD office as well as from home.
