About the Role and You Reporting to the Director Vaccination Program, the Project Manager, Vaccination Program will be an integral part of the Vaccination Team, responsible for ensuring key outcomes of the SEPHU COVID-19 Regional Vaccination Plan are achieved and leveraging partnerships that are critical in supporting effective program delivery. The Project Manager requires strong project management and communication skills, operational execution, and a commitment to improving the delivery of responsive COVID-19 vaccination services to maximise uptake of COVID-19 vaccination by our diverse community.

The Project Manager will be assigned projects within the Vaccination Program (inc. Community engagement & screening clinics), and these will vary in line with priorities of the Program at the time. Depending on scope, these projects may require internal & external resource coordination.

Examples include: Supporting the Director Vaccination Program and Senior Project Manager/s in the development of strategic COVID-19 vaccination service profiles for Monash Health and the broader SEPHU. Deliver projects against the COVID-19 vaccination service strategy across the SEPHU catchment, in consultation with Director Vaccination Program, Senior Project Manager/s and the Director of Clinical Operations or partnering Health Services and organisations. Define project scope and develop implementation plans in consultation with the Director Vaccination Program and Senior Project Manager/s to ensure objectives are delivered in a timely and structured manner.

Maintain appropriate accountability and communication structures within the program and their area of responsibility, ensuring key stakeholders receive regular updates and leading secretariat functions of various working groups Collaborate and develop effective relationships with partner health services, organisations and relevant representatives of the Department of Health. Collaborate with catchment service providers and engagement partners to coordinate and support the operation and expansion of key vaccination models (e.g.

Fixed sites, mobile in-reach, pop-ups). Support external partners and internal operational teams with requests for resources from COVID-19 Vaccination Program (including workforce). Support operational.
