Hays Australia REM Temporary HR Generalist role, potential to become ongoing. Small NFP, Melbourne CBD & WFH. Your new company A small Not for Profit organisation focused on youth rights requires HR support.
This organisation works across Aboriginal communities, LGBTQI & disability, truly diverse, inclusive and forward thinking. Your new role In the short term you will support with: Recruitment Maintaining employee data Supporting diverse Leaders with employee matters Policy & procedure review and development Wellbeing and employee relations What you'll need to succeed You will be open minded with experience managing different cultural issues, ideally across Aboriginal matters. Your experience across generalist HR will make you a stand out for this role, you will be proactive in your approach to HR and able to tailor your advice to your stakeholders.
Experience within a small Not for Profit would be beneficial, as would exposure to working across advocacy in the disability, youth or Koorie space. What you'll get in return An initial temporary contract for 2-3 months with ongoing potential whilst they shape the permanent role. You will be paid in line with a salary of $80k super.
