Social Media and Marketing AssistantIPA Personnel
An exciting opportunity exists, working for a highly regarded training organisation, that is owned by a reputable not for profit organisation that assists people in the community with a disability. Our client is looking for a Social Media and Marketing Assistant to start ASAP for an 8 week assignment. This role will be to work from home fulltime.
Reporting in the Operations Manager, you will become an integral member of the organisation where you will engage with key decision makers across the organisation and enjoy being at the forefront of continuing to shape this organisation's social media footprint. You will bring to life various marketing strategies and campaigns and creating social media campaigns and work collaboratively with designers for templates and creative assets. Some of your duties and responsibilities will include: Coordinate and create various social media campaigns Provide reports on metrics that measure success and make recommendations on continuous improvement to improve performance Posting fresh and relevant material onto there social media platforms Liaise with digital agencies and internal stakeholders Ensure campaign budget guidelines are met and department outcomes are considered Manage internal stakeholder relationships Work collaboratively with designers for templates and creative assets To be successful in this role you will have worked in a similar position with proven experience in Social Media and Marketing.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing /Digital/advertising is preferred. Experience executing successful Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn Campaigns is required, and experience in Google suite would be preferred. Proven record in managing campaign budgets and reporting is essential.
Great attention to detail, a creative flare, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines is required. To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate, through interview, previous experience as detailed above. This role is to start ASAP, for 8 weeks on a temporary basis.
