Junior Account ExecutiveIPA Personnel
Our client a boutique salesforce consultancy firm headquartered in London with offices in Melbourne has been delivering tailored quality service to customers since 2010 both for profit and non-profit. An exciting opportunity has been created due to growth for a Junior Account Executive to join their growing small sales team in Melbourne. You will be keen to learn more about Salesforce and the art of selling in order to drive commercial business and revenue.
You will have some IT knowledge preferably within the Salesforce platform and be confident in building strong relationships. You are an ambitious, technically minded and solution-oriented Account Executive. Reporting into a supportive Managing Director, you will form part of a successful and growing team, managing relationships at all levels across prospects, customers and Salesforce, as well as internal stakeholders.
You will have a proven track record of scoping business & technology solutions for businesses of all shapes and sizes and will be comfortable holding your own in C-Suite and Director level discussions with clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Build and maintain relationships with Salesforce executives to drive joint revenue Work individually as a self-starter, with plenty of motivation. As well as with the wider team to support customers and projects Ability to exercise independent judgment and has the ability to take the lead role on enterprise-level sales opportunities and client projects, with support from a senior team member as required Lead and Facilitate meetings and conduct brainstorming sessions, using consensus-building skills to interact with executive-level project sponsors Align with and represent our clients values and act as a brand ambassador to Salesforce, prospects, customers and partners Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead follow up and management throughout the entire pipeline process The successful candidate will be rewarded with the opportunity to join a passionate group of people and learn from a highly experienced Managing Director and sales team.
