Executive Assistant / Business Support Analyst


Consulting Business Support Analyst – Melbourne, AU Reporting into the Vice President of Consulting, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Analyst / EA to join a dynamic and diverse customer first mindset group and grow their own skills and career. This role is responsible for providing executive content and administration assistance to the VP of Consulting and providing sales admin and resource management office coordination to the ANZ Consulting business. The role is dynamic and diverse, requiring continuous improvement and change to meet the demands of the consulting practice.

Description Must be a self starter, take initiative and be assertive in anticipating the needs of the Executive. Must have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive material with discretion. Able to collate and prepare briefs for VP meetings.

Create content for social media publish and internal marketing / awareness. Create visuals and format executive PowerPoint presentations. Review and prepare documents.

Schedule meetings and maintain calendars in Outlook. Processing expenses reports and travel requests. Miscellaneous administrative duties.

5 plus years of experience required. Provide support and resolution in all areas of resource scheduling and project revenue and expenses forecasting Identify actions for Management team from Business Information Management tools Special projects including organising location events Skills required To be successful, you will ideally have experience working in a Consulting environment providing EA/ Administrative support. Or similar experience in a corporate environment.

You have a Can Do Attitude with excellent Communication skills and a positive way of working with people You can create and collate content for executive briefs You have excellent writing skills and working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint You have the ability to prioritise and multi task You have the ability to learn new internal systems quickly and strong organisation skills Tasks Content Preparation for Exec customer briefs and exec outbound communication Complex Diary Management over multiple time zones covering customer, internal and XLOB meetings, travel and expense management Planning and organising regular team social events Organising compliance approvals, purchase order requests, Badges / Certificates On-boarding new hires, arranging new items, IT support, welcoming them to the team and training them on policies and procedures Custodian of all office equipment owned by Resourcing domain, skill and allocation updates Reporting forecast updates, and comparing forecast to actuals to identify staff availability and analyse skill gaps Sales Opportunities and weekly Forecast Updates Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organizations financial and tactical business objectives.
