Impactful work that helps make a difference to the Australian people Develop your career in a collaborative environment Maximum contract through to September 2023 Do work that makes a difference We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join the Infrastructure Portfolio team working on an exciting Cloud infrastructure project. The purpose of this role will be undertaking business analysis of collaboration platforms including supporting migrations of email, SharePoint, and video conference software to the Cloud. Within this role you will work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.
You’ll understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals while supporting compliance with related legislation, policies and standards. Your team You will be working in a close knit BA team that emphasises knowledge sharing and collaboration. As this is an emerging area the project team are highly energetic and engaged.
Your background To be successful in this critical role you will possess; Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Microsoft Office Cloud platforms such as M365, SharePoint, Teams Previously worked on Cloud projects as a Senior Business Analyst Demonstrated knowledge in process and workflow design, development and forms Certifications in IIBA as well as qualifications in networks and servers are highly desirable We are looking for individuals with a great attitude and are team players Your development & career Working for an organisation that truly makes a difference to the Australian people, we can offer development and career opportunities in a collaborative environment that supports people’s growth, wellbeing and promotes flexibility.
