The Role: This diverse role as a Case Manager/Administrator will involve delivering the end to end case management of insurance claims.

You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff, ensuring key performance indicators and company objectives are met and identifying and implementing improvements to processes and procedures. Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box? Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team. The following selection criteria is also important, but we are happy to teach and mentor you along the way.

Exceptional customer service skills Background in the insurance sector Ability to comprehend a scope of works and articulate this verbally Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships Good eye for detail Ability to effectively handle sensitive situations & be empathetic to the needs of the client Can-do and positive attitude Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Valid driver’s licence Please note: A criminal background check will make up part of the recruitment process..
