Up to date technology The Role: What’s a typical day like at JLG? The answer is never dull, this exceptional opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual. You will need to be proactive and driven to fit with this high performing Strata team.

Responsible for leading this business to its overall success, you will visit hotels and apartment blocks advising on the services we can offer. At JLG we make managing a building stress free, whether that’s ongoing maintenance, insurance claims or general maintenance to ensure compliance and certification we can cover the all of it. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Drive and lead the strata business to success Visit client and sell the JLG business Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships Identifying key gaps for business development opportunities Understanding of financial aspects of the business with attendance of monthly forecast Handling of escalated claims and conflict management with all stakeholders.

What you will need to succeed: Proven track record of in driving profitable sales growth and strong commercial acumen Ability to manage competing priorities and sense of urgency Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to build positive and effective working relationships across functions / businesses A valid Australian Drivers Licence Advanced computer skills Background in Strata or a similar field highly desirable Key Selection Criteria: We are keen to speak with you if you have experience working in the insurance and building related industries , focusing predominantly on the management of property. Please provide a cover letter addressing the below criteria Provide examples of demonstrating drive and energy Describe your experience within the insurance/ construction/ Strata industry Can you provide examples of solving a problem by thinking outside the box, What has been your greatest work achievement and why?
