Senior Consultant, Culture and Engagement (X 3 positions)Department of Families, Fairness and Housing
POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Consultant, Culture and Engagement, works as part of a small team accountable for developing and implementing programs and practices designed to measure and improve culture and engagement at the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing. The team supports a range of projects including individual performance development planning (PDP), leadership development, the annual staff survey (People Matter), department values and positive workplaces and the prevention of bullying and inappropriate behaviour. Key components of the role include working with stakeholders from within the department and the Victorian Public Sector (VPS) to deliver high quality services and programs consistent with a whole of VPS approach; supporting change activities that continue to embed new technology and systems that will improve the way learning and performance activities are undertaken in the workplace; and the analysis and reporting of data to evaluate and inform program improvements and organisation-wide strategies that build a strong employee value proposition (EVP) and safe, respectful culture.
