Both of these options remain valid for a period of six (6) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision. Position Profile: As the successful candidate you will; Assess and prioritise clients' welfare needs and undertake appropriate interventions.
Provide information, assistance and support to clients, families and/or carers as required. Provide advice on eligibility for benefit entitlements, assists with applications, and liaises with Centrelink and other government agencies to ensure entitlements are received and maintained. Develop and maintain welfare resources and provide updates to case managers regarding accommodation availability, and referral processes.
