Senior Organisational Change Manager Implement a Change Strategy across Privacy, Data and Cyber Work with innovative technology partners Work with leading edge Change Practitioners The Project This Project involves a large and complex group-wide program which has multiple streams which is at the leading edge of Privacy, Cyber and Data. We are migrating numerous systems across the bank in a phased rollout and need experienced Change Managers to manage this. This will offer you the opportunity to work with leading edge Change Practitioners in the bank to deliver this complex change and will be a milestone in your career from a Project standpoint.
There is a clear Change Strategy defined by the bank and we need Organisational Change Managers to implement the strategy Your team This role sits within our Chief Data Office. This division is comprised of engineers, business analysts, scrum masters, product and delivery specialists, project managers, service managers and a wide variety of data analysts. Our Chief Data Office is accountable for leading the Group data agenda by ensuring we build, consume and protect the best data assets to maximize customer experience and rebuild trust.
The Chief Data Office is accountable for data strategy, data transformation programs, data governance and remediation programs of work, and the delivery of circa $100m projects with data requirements/implications. Your role Your role as Senior Organisational Change Manager and an SME will be to position yourself as an advisor and coach to project teams and the business community. Your resilience and adaptability will enable you to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and an ability to navigate through ambiguity, evolving change solutions with flexibility and agility.
You’ll be leading the development of sound plans and implementation strategies to manage communications, training and stakeholder engagement and provide sound advice and develop effective strategies and plans to manage the people impact of proposed changes. This will ensure that the people related benefits and risks are well understood and managed including activities which contribute to post-implementation benefits realisation. You will manage the Change Risks, Impacts and mapping this out, understanding this and managing the transfer of these systems.
We’re interested in hearing from people who have Demonstrated experience in delivering large scale complex, program based change. Experienced in influencing and liaising across a broad and complex stakeholder group. Ideally have experience in Technology Change Management Proven experience in Managing Change across complex organisations Extensive experience in the design and delivery of training materials.
Exceptional communications skills; verbal, written and interpersonal. Highly developed change impact analysis skillset. Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services.
