The Role Based in their office in Welshpool, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a small team where you will provide administrative support. You will enjoy working autonomously as well as part of a high performing team and will hold a solid work ethic and impeccable attention to detail.
Key responsibilities will include: Producing quotes for the Sales Team Answering the phone and re-directing calls Packaging up and sending out marketing materials via post and email Organising and booking travel Filing Ordering office supplies Ad hoc administrative duties What we are looking for: A positive can-do attitude Excellent attention to detail Sound written and verbal communication skills The ability to work autonomously and be super organised Previous experience in a similar office support type role Experience using a CRM system (eg Salesforce) will be advantageous What is in it for you?
