This is a true generalist role that will see you gaining exposure right across a broad spectrum of HR. Located in Yarraville and reporting into the HR Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include; Managing the end to end recruitment process, providing coaching and guidance to hiring managers.
Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures and processes, including award and EBA interpretation. Supporting with ER cases end to end, ensuring procedural fairness is adhered to. Managing cyclical processes including succession planning and remuneration reviews, through to managing terminations and conducting ecit interviews.
HR Projects; including rolling out Engagement Surveys and Health and Wellbeing initatives. Continuous process improvement such as updating policies and procedures. To be considered for this opportunity, we ask you to have; Previous HR experience in a generalist capacity.
Experience with award and EBA interpretation. Strong level of commercial acumen. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
