Agile Program Manager – Mobility Solutions Immediate Start 2 years program Mobility Solutions About The Role Our State Government Client presents a once in a generation opportunity to be part of driving and delivering one of the largest scale transformations in Australia. This will suit a talented Agile Program Manager looking for an opportunity to truly drive change and deliver on business critical mobility solutions.

Responsibilities Managing a range of program activities on the implementation of the IT Sustainability program of work to ensure the delivery of business systems to support current and future needs. Managing the development of project plans, the resolution of key issues and effectively provide expert program advice to internal and external stakeholders across various areas to ensure streamlined, smart and flexibly designed reporting and compliance processes are undertaken. Managing the resolution of key issues, the mitigation of risks and ensuring effective and strategic leadership of program teams.

Managing the development of tools to enhance the performance of the Department and act as the primary point of contact for relevant business areas. Managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects requiring high level of project direction and integration. This includes all standard program lifecycle deliverables such as initiate, procure, design, build and deploy the identified and agreed solutions.

Establish relationship with cliental and ensure standard stakeholder engagement models are actively championed and demonstrated within this role. The Program Manager is responsible for driving outcomes that support the projects, throughout the systems development lifecycle. Requirements Strong Agile program management experience of multiple, complex IT programs including, planning, controlling and implementation of large IT projects and demonstrated ability to establish and adhere to strict project timeframes.

Proven written and oral communication skills and demonstrated effective sponsor/stakeholder liaison including effective.
