SharePoint Project ManagerClicks IT Recruitment
The Project Manager (SharePoint) will effectively communicate and engage with a range of stakeholders to provide regular project status reports and drive SharePoint delivery, particularly in regard to government organisations. They will be experienced in budget control and in utilising project management principles and techniques to enable the project delivery team to deliver on time and to budget. Key Accountabilities Take ownership of the projects, with primary responsibility for achieving expected outcomes according to agreed deliverables, scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
Provide overall guidance for the project team comprising architecture and engineering SMEs and business representatives. Engage with multiple customer stakeholders to plan, schedule and run the project, ensuring project plans and schedules are aligned. Ensure plans, schedules and tasks are continually reviewed and improved throughout the project.
Assisting with the management of the governance committee and provide regular status reports to the committee. Leading project planning sessions Coordinating staff and internal resources Managing project progress and adapt work as required Ensuring projects meet deadlines Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation Participating in tender process i.e.
