Solution Architect for Multi-year Transformation Program responsible for the architecture, design and implementation of medical device-enablement. Large enterprise organisation based in Darwin, have an opportunity for a Solution Architect to join their Multi-year Transformation Program and be responsible for the architecture, design and implementation of medical device-enablement and provisioning as well as further technology initiatives throughout the program. Working as part of the technical team to support the delivery and execution of the project approach and associated plan with the business, team members and the vendor/s as required.
The Solution Architect will be responsible for the architecture and design of cross-functional solutions. Overseeing the technical landscape of systems and technologies to ensure that strategies, products and services architectures are based on sound technical principles to meet the organisation's needs, goals and drivers. The organisation is in the process of implementing a new Core Clinical System (CCS) across all Northern Territory Health services (NT Health), including acute, community, and primary care services as part of the Core Clinical Systems Renewal Program (CCSRP).
The CCSRP is a major technology program that will transform the delivery of health care services for Territorians by delivering a Territory-wide single, integrated health electronic record system. Working closely with the Department of Health, the CCSRP team comprises public sector employees and contractors working together to deliver multiple streams of activity as the program is implemented. The work environment is dynamic, fast-paced and results driven with high expectations of superior service delivery.
The implementation of the new clinical system will include an electronic medications management module which will be integrated into the new electronic medical record. The EMM Project will be completed in two stages: Stage 1 • Initiation & Planning • Medications Management Planning Study • Design & Solution Build • Implementation Planning Stage 2 • Implementation (Multiple Consecutive Regions) • Decommissioning of legacy systems Reporting to the Director Design Authority, the Solution Architect will work on the implementation of the Device Enablement and Provisioning (DEP) and Electronic Medications Management (EMM) Projects or other projects as assigned. The Solution Architect will be responsible for: • Working with relevant stakeholders to define and document solution architecture for the integration of TrakCare EMM solution within the healthcare environment.
• Reviewing vendor deliverables for alignment with CCSRP enterprise architecture for NT Health and provide technical assurance for the EMM Project. • Documenting information flows from various legacy, retained systems and systems being procured, define the data model retained and legacy systems and how it supports the business scenarios. • Working with vendor....
