The Role: Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a suitably experienced and self-motivated candidate to join one of their successful project teams as the Site Administrator.
Working within this fast paced environment you will need to possess excellent organisational and time management skills. This role will be offered on a two month temporary basis to commence immediately. The Duties: Processing invoices, Reconciling petty cash and credit cards Ensuring new staff are set up correctly at the site Providing administrative support to the construction team Data entry of timesheets Managing all incoming calls Coordinating meetings Preparing reports and correspondence Managing site facilities Other duties as required The Requirements: Strong proven experience in a similar role Intermediate MS Office experience Excellent time management and communication skills The Process: Click apply now or please contact Linda or Alexis on 03 9553 4436 with Ref: 1139616 for further information.
