In-branch Operations Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE PERSOLKELLY have partnered with a Retail Bank.

They are growing their Retail division across a number of locations and currently there is an opening for an in-branch Operations Manager to join on a Permanent basis. This branch is the highest performing team nationally. This role will be in-charge of all branch operations.

Key Duties : Providing leadership to a team of 10 front-line staff (non-lending staff)- sales management, performance management, team-building, coaching and training Ensuring all direct reports receive appropriate training certification and guidance Driving cross sales and portfolio growth within your branch Monitoring and supervising all transactions and procedures, ensuring adherence to Business standards and policies Acting as the local compliance representative where required, managing communication in relation to compliance matters and implementing and monitoring compliance policies and procedures Managing operational risk within the branch Assisting the Branch Manager in setting team targets and ensuring they are met Person Requirements : A minimum of 3 years' experience within a Financial Services or Retail Branch environment, with previous exposure to leading and managing a team within a sales driven environment Sound knowledge and understanding of Branch compliance and audit requirements The ability to lead, supervise, mentor and work effectively with a team Exceptionally strong communication and interpersonal skills HOW TO APPLY If interested in this role please apply.
