Customer Service Officer Western Suburbs Location Call Centre based permanent role Flexible Roster - Looking for Full time and Part time applicants Join a busy, well known, collaborative team as the central point of contact for patients, clients and medical specialists during a peak period for the business. Taking inbound calls and setting up appointments as required. The Roles Hudson are partnering with a well-known occupational healthcare group in Adelaide with an immediate opportunity for a customer service specialist to join their existing team.
Commencing immediately in a full-time or part-time role. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to patient enquires and coordinating patient administration. More specifically, your duties will include: Answering high volume inbound calls Booking, confirming and rescheduling appointments Processing reports, claims and payments Updating records in the CRM Ad hoc administration as required Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will be empathetic, and solutions focussed, with impeccable customer service skills.
Due to the nature of this role, experience working in a call centre environment will be ideal, as will a fantastic team attitude. Additionally, you will be a fantastic communicator, with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines. Ideally, you will have previous experience within a specialist healthcare organisation and have current working knowledge private healthcare funding models.
