About the role Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Service, APAC region, the Technical Service Representative is responsible for supporting key stakeholders with communications and support which include: Provide and share technical solutions and knowledge to key external and internal stakeholders Resolve complex technical issues and questions, and provide customer assistance support Deliver theoretical and practical training to dealership technicians Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnosis as required Collaborate with other After Sales teams to provide the best experience Provide expert guidance support Skills and experience Demonstrated training and technical knowledge of powersports products including but not limited to motorcycles, jet-skis, ATV's and snowmobiles Relevant work experience of 2 to 5 years Team Player with leadership capabilities Strong technical and IT skills Excellent and clear negotiating, verbal and written skills An understanding of electrical theory and diagnostics Benefits and perks The successful candidate will be provided with: Strong career development due Flexible working arrangements Employee assistance program Excellent remuneration package For a confidential discussion and to find out more, please contact: PETER TRAN SENIOR CONSULTANT - ENGINEERING peter.tranmarsrecruitment.com.
