This passionate and customer-first business is seeking a like-minded Bookkeeper to assist with their daily accounting functions.
About you They are seeking a highly organised and attentive Bookkeeper who has the ability to build a strong rapport with their clients and suppliers. It is imperative that you are able to multi-task, be reliable and show initiative. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Cert IV in Bookkeeping Strong attention to detail Proficiency in MYOB accounting software and MS Office The ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and written Excellent organisational skills to meet statutory and internal deadlines The ability to investigate discrepancies The role They are seeking a permanent, full-time Bookkeeper for their Albany location.
You will be responsible for the bookkeeping obligations of the business, requiring a strong level of accuracy and attention to detail, whilst also completing general administrative duties for the NDIS. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Managing accounts payable and receivable functions Managing creditors and debtors Monitoring purchase orders Reconciling balance sheet Preparing and lodging of quarterly business/income activity statements (BAS/IAS) Managing trust accounts Payroll processing, superannuation, and payroll tax Weekly bank reconciliations and sales reporting General administration duties for the NDIS For a confidential discussion, feel free to contact Natasha Nel 11 Recruitment on 08 9225 6211.
