Then come in and say hi What we are looking for The Junior Sous Chef role is reporting to the Head Chef, and will oversee the kitchen operations, upholding high operational standards across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards and service culture. About the Role This role focuses on producing high quality dishes as per brand standards, to deliver memorable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities of the role include: Working within a high performing team to deliver high quality products and a smooth service Creating memorable and personalised experiences for our guests in a premium setting Leading a section during lunch and dinner service Ensure Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed Mentor, train and supervise junior chefs, including apprentices ($70,000 plus superannuation pending experience and qualifications).
