For over a decade we have managed projects from start to finish and provide a full range of construction services. LOCATION: Henley Constructions Pty Ltd (ABN: 72 123 122 038) Office in Camperdown NSW 2050, and other locations if required.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Undertake engineering as required to include: Concept, detail design, and analyses and/or calculations to enable the preparation of documentation. Assist in preparation of documentation for the calling and evaluation of tenders. Coordinate design and documentation with other engineering services and with other team members.
Preparing specifications, proposals and other documentation under broad supervision. Liaise with the Drafting Team, Engineers and Clients for project delivery. Undertake Contract Administration duties on projects as assigned including but not limited to: Site inspections, review of shop drawings, assessment of financial claims & variations, commissioning tests & defects inspections.
Attend project meetings with Clients, Builders, Architects, Developers etc. Review all drafting work to ensure quality and adequate details are applied. Prepare reports for Clients on matters relating to engineering services.
Reporting production costs daily, weekly and monthly. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or higher qualification First Aid Certificate Registration or Licensing may be required Experience: 1-3 Years Experience in the Civil Engineering or similar industry. High-level of experience with client based relationships.
