Talent Acquisition Partner/ Sourcing Specialist (Technology)

About the team You will be part of Technology, Operations, Analytics and Project Services (TOAP) Talent Acquisition team and provides centralised support and tailored solutions to suit the needs of each business unit and customer. The TOAP team work in partnership with respective Enterprise Services (ES) teams across Commbank to develop recruitment strategies. About the Opportunity As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your role is key to delivering the right talent at the right time to support the Group's vision.

Identifying and hiring the right talent to support the business strategy Enhancing Group's reputation, culture and brand Building talent pools and enabling career mobility for our employees Minimising the risks and costs associated with recruiting talent You will collaborate closely across a large Talent Acquisition community to continuously improve our service offering and execution in all of these areas. This is a 12 month contract. What does success look like? Identify and implement a variety of bespoke sourcing channels, attracting and pipelining talent to meet the businesses' current and future workforce needs, with a focus on social media and the passive talent market Proactively build and maintain talent pools for critical roles within your business, delivering excellent candidate care, and with a focus on quality and best fit Actively coach and up-skill hiring managers in best practice talent acquisition, assessment and selection techniques Use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions with BU HR and hiring managers Partner with preferred external partners that further supplement the talent needs of the Bank Collaborate with the wider TA community to support key projects and initiatives aligned to our Group TA Strategy What will help you succeed? You are an experienced recruiting professional within an in-house (preferably), on-site, or agency environment You are an Engineering/Technology/IT (preferably with Software Engineering , Architecture, Cyber, Infra or Project Services experience as there are multiple positions open) talent market SME You are an outstanding communicator with proven track record of coaching leaders You have an impressive track record of leveraging a variety of sourcing channels to attract diverse talent, including search methodologies using social and professional networks Whether you're passionate about customer service, driven by data, or called by creativity, a career here is for you.
