Recruitment Consultant 4Twenty is an established recruitment business in Sydney CBD. We are expecting a big year in FY22 with lots of demand from clients and we currently have need to hire for the position of ‘Recruitment Consultant’. This is a full-time position in Sydney CBD with annual remuneration of $70,000 - $90,000 (negotiable) plus Superannuation on offer.
We have multiple positions available for recruitment consultants at the moment. The position of Recruitment Consultant is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and taking action to develop strategic relationships with business partners. You will bring a strong commercial acumen and will confidently build and maintain a solid revenue pipeline.
We are looking for someone who can add some real value both on the desk but more importantly off and contribute to our already fantastic culture. You will need to be experienced with a solid understanding of the recruitment industry and have excellent communication skills. Profile: The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent employment experience The ability to influence clients and source new business opportunities Ambitious results-driven and team-oriented attitude Relationship building skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in recruitment Someone who is hungry to deliver results and earn fantastic commissions along the way.
