Performance Manager - Reprise
Reporting to the Performance Director, the Performance Manager is crucial in delivering best in-class social solutions to your clients. You will be responsible for managing the day to day of the Executives and Coordinators and whilst this is a manager role you should never be shy from getting down and dirty on the tools KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CLIENT Leading client communications Working on paid media campaigns across social channels, with a heavy focus on Facebook & Instagram as well as Pinterest, LinkedIn and Snapchat. Overseeing and leading the planning, optimisation and reporting of all social campaigns, accountable for paid channel strategy and deliverables.
Continually identifying optimisation opportunities to drive performance improvements across channels, based on relevant KPI’s. Stakeholder management - working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships. Leading social innovation and driving a robust testing framework.
BUSINESS Media Forecasting Running bespoke reports with detailed insights on account performance. Media Finance Staying abreast of industry updates to inform clients and internal teams Identify new opportunities for growth Assisting in new business pitches PEOPLE Workflow management of Executives and Coordinators Training, support and guidance to junior team members Escalating requests to your client director of Product Director as they arise Building and maintain strong relationships with media agency partners and tech partners KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Communication Curious Business acumen Adaptable Relationship Management Responsive Project Management Time Management Analytical Thinker Attention to Detail EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Ideally the candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3-5 years of experience within search and social, have a lean in attitude and the ability to positively influence stakeholders. Salary range between $70,000 & $75,000 including Superannuation.
