Chef de Partie
Kelly's Bar & Grill, onsite at Kununurra Country Club Resort, caters to group tours, corporates, leisure travellers and locals, 7 days a week, year-round. We serve up to 160 at dinner each night in the peak season, on buffet, set menu and a la carte. Our Chef de Partie works within the team to ensure Kelly's offers an excellent dining experience to all guests, while maintaining a consistent focus on the bottom line.
This is role positions you to step up into a Sous role in time, if desired. At least 3 years demonstrated industry experience and a commercial cookery qualification are essential. We need someone who can work independently and as part of a team and is excited about working with diverse local produce.
We have one apprentice and will be recruiting an additional apprentice in the new year - so the ability to share skills and knowledge is also important. Kununurra Country Club Resort is located in the centre of Kununurra in the East Kimberley, Western Australia. With iconic landmarks such as Lake Argyle, the mighty Ord River, the Bungle Bungles (Purnululu) and the Mitchel Plateau on your doorstep - days off need never be dull We recruit staff passionate about excellent customer experiences and sharing our incredible part of the world with visitors.
