Here is an exciting opportunity to join nbn as a Digital Content Specialist reporting to the Senior Manager Enablement Process and Governance, where you will be responsible for championing digital initiatives to aid in the facilitation of successful Enablement by the means of creating e-Learn content, Microsoft SharePoint optimisation and integration, advance existing platforms, and developing new platforms to create the best CX. A bit about your role As the Digital Content Specialist, you will support the successful delivery and implementation of Innovation, Standards, and Quality initiatives to introduce new capabilities, technologies, and services into Build and across Operations.

You will ensure the successful adoption and experience through effective change management, benefits realisation, and capability uplift programs with strong and focused collaboration within the Innovation, Standards, and Quality team. The Innovation, Standards and Quality (ISQ) team are committed to ensuring continuous improvement and evolution. Pertinent to role requirements, the Digital Content Specialist will have an integral role to support the broader ISQ enablement requirement.

To be successful in this role, you will collaborate with both internal and external SME’s, to produce digital-rich content that will enable individuals to learn key information and concepts in a digital environment. A bit about you As the successful candidate, you will bring hands on experience working on Learning Management Systems and digital learning programs across large teams and a diverse portfolio of initiatives. You will have experience working with e-Learn software (such as Adobe Captivate, and/ or Articulate 360), experience with Microsoft 365 architecture (such as SharePoint), experience working with Microsoft SQL server for content integration (desired, but not essential), and intermediate experience in web and software development (e.

g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VB) (desired, but not essential). The Digital Content Specialist will bring hunger for innovation, coupled with a creative flair to maximise opportunities for nbn.

A vision for optimising existing process and frameworks, and being fearless to recommend pioneering ideas to drive our operations forward is fundamental to ISQ’s success. Degree qualified in Information Technology/ Education qualifications (or equivalent experience) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
