Team This role will work within the APJ Marketing Campaign team based in Sydney or Singapore. We are a fun, fast paced team who work hard to develop and deliver quality programs and campaigns for our target audiences across ANZ, Asia, India, Korea and Japan. Role We have aligned our go-to-market strategies and plans to drive awareness, consideration, purchase and expanded adoption of our key solutions – The APJ campaigns team is responsible for taking these solutions out to market and working hand-in-hand with the local field marketing and global teams to ensure that they meet the local market demands.
This role is focused on our HR persona / Employee experience area of the business. This role takes the lead in orchestrating the efforts of a cross-functional team of marketers to design and execute targeted, integrated marketing campaigns to support Marketing and Sales motions, aligning to specific pipeline goals and other marketing metrics. Each campaign will include highest propensity account analysis, with a supporting program optimisation plan and activation to drive creation and delivery of high performing content, digital programs, webinars, in-person events, and other high value tactics aligned to deliver a connected customer journey.
What you get to do in this role: Develop integrated marketing strategy, planning and execution of global campaigns to drive new audience acquisition and align to pipeline goals. Map content story arcs to your buyer persona/audience and orchestrate tactics, assets and messages that align to the buying stages. Develop and maintain a captivating customer journey across all engagement vehicles to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
