Senior Employment Services Manager


About the role With the goal of positioning the Maxima as a National Leader and being the best in class, the primary role of the Customer Progression Manager is to ensure the application of Maxima’s national service delivery model for Disability Employment Services Customers is consistently applied and one of high quality, ensuring Customers receive a quality person-centric service that helps develop capacity and progress via a range of training, support, education and external referrals (as required) along a journey towards obtaining and maintaining sustainable employment. Key Tasks: Ensure Customers are appropriately allocated (and re-allocated) in line with national service delivery model principles Research, develop and implement strategies at a National, State, Regional, ESA and Site level, to engage with stakeholders, employers and/or community to retain, develop, progress and place customers in ongoing sustainable employment Undertake appropriate monitoring and analysis to ensure customers are being serviced in line with Maxima’s National Service Delivery Model and are progressing through identified activities/training as expected Monitor customer engagement and satisfaction of Maxima’s National Service Delivery Model Work collaboratively with other managers and staff to support local customer retention, development, progression and placement initiatives Analyse, interpret and fully understand relevant deeds, guidelines, legislation, regulations, Departmental advices, audit and monitoring feedback, to provide advice and/or recommendations on service Provide reports and recommendations on progression and options for future servicing Develop and deliver training to DES Managers and Staff on customer retention, development, progression and placement policies, procedures and work instructions Active participation in Program Assurance activities and National Standards for Disability Services audits, both internal and external Some intrastate and interstate travel on a reasonable basis may be required. About you: You will be passionate about assisting people living with a disability to find meaningful, long-term employment.

You will be: Logical and analytical Highly organised with a detail focus Methodical and structured You must have: Experience in the employment services industry, preferably Disability Employment Services Experience in the identification, development and implementation of progression and placement initiatives and activities for people with disabilities Experience in a Senior Leadership role, managing high performing teams Desired: Knowledge of Disability Employment Services; and / or Experience in Rehabilitation Management You must hold a current driver’s licence, a national police check and relevant State/Territory working with children check, or be willing to obtain them.
