Our client is an investment company based in Japan whose core business is to make acquisitions and investments globally to expand their group. They are looking to expand their business in Australia by looking for companies specifically within the Technology, IT and Software sectors to join as a capital alliance partner. The principles that form the cornerstone of our business are to provide an honest and professional approach to each opportunity on their own merits and risk.
They offer innovative solutions, transparency and accountability building strong relationships that are founded on trust with a focus on long-term success. Their M&A strategy is to support businesses for long-term growth, and seeking professional who can share the same value of our strategy with and also has confidence in working for our client. Their business focuses on M&A activity, not venture capital investments which is driven by the pursuit of short-term profit by selling shares shortly after the investments.
To be more specific, their purpose is to acquire businesses and hold their shares for long-term so that the enterprises can receive financial support for growth. This strategy allows to focus on developing businesses sustainably for long-term, not pursuing a quick profit, which is an unique investment strategy. Although this business model is rarely applied, thankfully our client has been succeeded in Japan, and their next goal is to expand this business all over the world including Australia.
Therefore, they are looking for profession who has the same vision and eager to become their partner for their business growth, not only pursuing a profit. We would like to find someone who has experience in and able to Researching and sourcing M&A deals (1-10 Million USD) independently without depending on M&A intermediary Has an active approach in finding companies who are willing to sell to become part of our group Negotiating and able to structure deals with companies at a comparatively lower price than market value Being able to professionally represent our company providing a positive explanation to our approach, our company and about the deal opportunity including any PMI (Post Merger Integration) plan Australian citizen and is currently living in Sydney or Brisbane CA, CPA holder preferred Experience of working for the Big 4 accounting firms are plus Familiar with the M&A market in Australia 5 years in an M&A business (Buy side) Working in an M&A field and/or a related job For Confidential conversation or inquiries Recruitment Manager – Staff Solutions Australia Contact Sydney Office : Tel: 02 9978 1750.
