Our support workers are carefully selected to make a positive impact and help clients achieve their goals. About the role Zest Care is currently seeking passionate and experienced Support Workers to provide community access assistance to a female participant based in Edgeworth . You will use your own vehicle to transport the participant to appointment visits.
to commence 2nd August 2021. To be successful in this role, you will be culturally sensitive with a wholistic approach always preserving professional boundaries. You must a strong understanding of mental health and BPS framework.
The idea candidate must possess the following: Experience with mental health. Be willing to transport the participant in your vehicle. Be flexible and reliable, committed to the hours mentioned above.
Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Relevant industry qualifications. Mandatory requirements: Minimum 6 months paid work experience in supporting people with a disability.
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate. Current Paid Working with Children Check. Willing to obtain a NDIS worker screening clearance check.
Full NSW Driving Licence with a reliable vehicle. Comprehensive car insurance, registration certificate and be able to provide a driver history record. What we offer Penalty rates on evenings, nights, and weekends.
Calculated fuel mileage is reimbursed. Online training and development. Paid induction.
