Mission of the Role: To assist small and medium businesses find & nurture more customers, increase productivity and mobilise their workforce by designing and implementing technology-based solutions that leverage the Zoho suite of applications. Desired Associated Outcomes: Meet or exceed revenue and customer growth targets Increase customer satisfaction Increase customer, partner and vendor referrals Key Accountabilities: • Conduct Scoping & Analysis sessions with clients to identify and gather business requirements • Document business and system requirements • Design, configure, customise, and implement solutions to suit client business requirements • Collaborate with all internal team members and project stakeholders • Manage solution delivery projects • Perform user and system tests • Ensure project documentation is up-to-date • Provide user and administrator training • Oversee junior consultants and evaluate their performance • Assist with sales activities as required • Utilise tools provided by The Employer to manage time-slips and management of all sales opportunities and projects. • Maintain and grow an innovative, customer first culture with-in the team • Maintain relevant market and industry knowledge Requirements Qualifications/Experiences: • Minimum 3 years of experience designing and implementing Zoho based solutions across multiple organisations.

• High proficiency in understanding and documenting business workflows and processes. • Up to date knowledge with Zoho products including but not limited to: o Zoho Analytics o Zoho Books o Zoho Campaigns o Zoho Connect o Zoho Creator o Zoho CRM o Zoho Desk o Zoho Marketing Hub o Zoho Flow o Zoho Forms o Zoho Projects o Zoho SalesIQ o Zoho Sign o Zoho Sites o Zoho Subscriptions o Zoho Surveys • Demonstrated proficiency in designing, and building forms, reports, blueprints, workflows. • Demonstrated proficiency in writing Deluge script.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with concurrent delivery across multiple projects. • Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders. • Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.

• Open to learning through sharing ideas, information and solutions with team as well as own research.
