About the role: We are currently seeking an experienced, results focused customer service professional to join our team at Blackburn on a part-time basis to work on a busy front reception desk. This role is working Monday to Friday (5 hours a day) 7am to 12pm and 12pm to 5pm rotating weekly. We are ideally looking for a customer service professional who has the flexibility to work at different S.

T locations across North East Melbourne. In a fast-paced environment, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands. In addition to that, this role will include (but not be limited to): Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly Providing a professional service during all customer interactions and managing the customer return to collect their vehicle Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with their SMART experience To be Considered you will: Have previous experience in a customer facing, fast paced environment Strive to achieve a positive customer experience in every interaction Be organised and has great time management skills Build rapport in person as well as over the phone Work well in a team Applicants need to be available for both of the above shifts as it is a set, rotating weekly roster What we offer you Stability: We are continuing on an upwards trajectory with no signs of slowing down.
