’ Your opportunity To bring this vision to life, we have new and exciting opportunities across the Design & Construction team. Presently we are seeking a Design & Construction Capability Manager to join the Scentre Group. Based in our support office above Westfield Sydney, this role will report into the National Services Manager.

A snapshot of your role: This newly created role will develop and implement the capability management and systems framework to support the Design & Construction team. Develop, implement and champion the Design and Construction capability management framework. Ensuring this aligns with and supports the achievement of the department’s strategy and goals.

Analyse and understand the training and skill gaps within the team. Present recommended best approach to address the competency gaps. Develop and facilitate competency training, ensuring curriculum remains relevant to industry and business needs.

Periodic review and report of programme/s against predetermined success measures. Support managers with the induction and onboarding of new employees Work closely with the Systems Manager to ensure all Design & Construction business units are aligned with relevant statutory competencies. Industry Skills, Knowledge and Experience Previous experience in leading and aligning teams to deliver results Innovates & communicates strategic long term thinking You will be well organised, able to manage multiple stakeholder requirements Proven capability in problem solving, simplifying the complex and orchestrating change management Instructional design – art & science of writing training module What sets us apart from the rest?
