Bluefin Change Practice have been engaged on an exclusive basis to source an experienced Project/Professional to manage an back office operating model change for a global Investment / funds management firm. This is a great opportunity to join and manage this transformation end to end from designing the new operating model to delivering the changes and rolling out to a global model. The culture is extremely flexible and relaxed placed to work being fully outcomes based to get your work done steering way from a traditional 9-5.
They are mixing WFH and in the office in a luxury building close to Circular Quay. They are looking for a strong Project/Change Manager with back office Ooperations process change experience with knowledge of Fund/Asset/Investment Management or Custodian Services. They are open to any candidates seeking a 4 day week and will be flexible on salary for the right candidate.
Responsibilities: Work with the business and with the services provider to understand the nature of the change and ensure the acceptance of that change. Run a detailed change impact assessment program, documenting the end to end change impacts arising from the implementation of the consolidated service provider. Ensure the target operating model is understood by stakeholders, workflows are appropriately documented (via oversight) and is optimised at an overall level; i.
e. component parts work together. Manage the end to end TOM documentation process.
Work with other regions within the Group to understood operating model considerations for other parts of the group. Work with project team and global project governance group to highlight and understand global operating model decisions and support any decision making required. Manage the Operational Readiness planning and approval process, working with internal and external parties to ensure a smooth transition.
Develop and deliver effective communication materials for various audiences so that the change management process is properly understood and agreed by the Steering Group. Identify and raise risk and issues in relation to the change, working with the project team and the Business Owners to agree actions to address those risks Experience:.
